Keep Your Jira AI Secure and Focused with Permissions & Visibility Control

We’re always working to give Jira teams more control and flexibility when using Smart AI for Jira and one feature that helps with that is Permissions & Visibility Control. 🔒

This capability allows Jira administrators to manage who can access Smart AI features and where the app is visible within their environment.

From the Permissions & Context Fields tab, you can:

• Configure access by user groups and projects

• Automatically hide the app when no permissions are granted

These controls make it easy to keep your Jira environment clean, organized, and secure, ensuring Smart AI for Jira is only available to the right users in the right context.
