Issue Security leves affecting the view in structure add on

Hi,

I added a security level to an issue that was also showing as part of the structure add-on.

 After adding the security level, the issue space shows three dots but no content.  

I already checked all the configurations, and they were working fine. All were set correctly before setting the security level on that specific issue.

Any ideas?

It's hard to say anything for certain without seeing your setup in detail. In general, it is normal for Structure to hide issues that users can't see in Jira. If a user viewing the structure doesn't have access to an issue, that issue is being hidden; and if that issue is a parent issue of an issue that the user can see, that parent issue is only shown as an item without any specific details. Structure always preserves the existing hierarchy, so it can't remove the parent if the child should be displayed.
