Hi,
Workspace admin sent me an invitation to collaborate on a project but the invitation email doesn't arrive at all. He tried to resend the email but it didn't work either. He also tried to cancel the invite and do it again.
Could you please check this problem?

It seems you may have globally unsubscribed to all Atlassian notification emails, and that can prevent you from receiving product invitations.
In order to enable it again, you can follow the steps below:
Reference - Manage email and notification preferences
Once you update the settings to enable product invitation emails, you can ask the workspace admin to cancel the current invitation and send you a new one to trigger a fresh email.

Usually, this is because emails get blocked by Atlassian in order to prevent spam.See example: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Bitbucket-questions/Not-receiving-bitbucket-invitation-emails/qaq-p/1504729
