Issue with Pull Request file "Viewed" status not being saved

Is anyone else experiencing an issue today with marking all/some file as "Viewed" in a Pull Request and then reloading the page to discover that no files are marked as "Viewed". Its like the status is not being saved.

It has randomly happened in the past but usually fixes itself very quickly. It has been going on for the last hour at least. Makes reviewing Pull Requests challenging.

I have tried on both Chrome & Firefox, with multiple Pull Request both with only a few files and some with more than 100. 

I have a free Bitbucket (Cloud) account so am unable to submit a bug report.

This is still an issue for files that have been moved/renamed and not had their contents change.
