Hey @crackstreams vip

Welcome to the community!

Can you provide more context on how you received this error message? Also, have you tried accessing it from a different web browser or incognito windows to confirm it's not a browser-specific issue?

Regards,

Hi @crackstreams vip welcome to the Atlassian community.

This error message typically indicates:

  • A server-side problem occurred.
  • There might be momentary hiccups that resolve themselves.
  • Might usually tied to a particular action you were trying to perform.

The "Issue ID for Atlassian use: 097ad0e4dec84e83889c0fff7e502f4d" seems like a unique identifier that allows Atlassian's support and engineering teams to locate the exact log entries rather than an error!

Troubleshooting or work around:

  • As the message suggests, simply trying the action again after a few seconds or a minute often resolves transient glitches.
  • Clear Browser Cache and Cookies and reload the Page.
  • While less likely for a specific "something went wrong" error, it's always good to quickly check the Atlassian status page.

FYI, I have requested Atlassian team to assist you with your query and one of them will message you on this thread.
