Using Jira 8.8 and JSD 4.8, its seems we found an error.
When searching for a related arcticle on the JSD home (the one with "What do you need help with?"), click on the suggested article will open a pop up screen and works properly.
When starting to create a ticket, and starting to type in the summary, a list of related articles appear. Clicking on one opens a new tab and that is where the error is encountered. Error message is "The knowledge base article could not be found.".
This same article opens up properly via a pop up screen on the JSD home page.
