Is it possible to set an auto-reminder, which can be sent via email, on a wiki page to go off on a particular date? I wish to use this as a prompt to have people review and update their pages on a regular basis.

Thankyou in advance for any advice.

Hello Leanne, the Ad Hoc Workflows add on appear to deliver some of the functionality you do seek. You can assign tasks and review progress of a number of pages. Nevertheless this auto-reminder would be task triggered, the time trigger would possibiliy be a suggested feature for the vendor.

It may be worth experimenting with the add on to check if it will suit your needs.

With the Archiving Plugin for Confluence, just add the label "expire-15/01/27" to make the page expired on 27 Jan 2015. That day, the plugin will send automation notification emails to the author, last modifier, supervisor - as configured by the notification rules.

Please see the related section in the plugin docs.

Hello Leanne, considering you have puged the deleted pages, this should not happen. I see there is a issue about a similar scenario logged within our bug tracker.

Would it be possible to provide additional information, such as the application version, and the number of pages that were meant to be affected by the deletion? Also, if it is feasible to delete the copied space as a whole, and perform the operation once more, does the issue persists?
