Hi @Talha Aras 

The mail is a legacy feature in Confluence Cloud.

This permission has no function in Confluence Cloud.

More information on permissions can be found here. 

In Confluence server and DC it still has a function.

" Delete mail gives you permission to delete mail items that have been archived in this space."

@Talha Aras  Delete Mail permission grants users the ability to delete mail items that have been archived in the space, This is not a very common use case. You can read more on this in the page below:
