We are using the confluence knowledge base as a help desk for our external customers. We are going to make the space public and I was wondering if anyone else has used it in this way?
If so, could you provide a link so I can see what the knowledge base looks like to those outside of your company?
You just need to set Anonymous Permissions to the Space
