I was looking for if someone asked similar questions before but seems no.
I am our Confluence SysAdmin and yesterday one of our members asked why he couldn't make his personal space as Site Homepage in his account.
I also tried but it looks like we can only set Individual Spaces, Dashboard, and Profile as Site Homepage.
Any idea about it?
Also this question can be useful for you.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi! Thanks for the feedback. I know that setting, but we can only pick up "Individual Spaces, Dashboard, and Profile as Site Homepage" from the drop-down list, at least my Confluence v6.15.4 shows that

Your problem was “one of our members asked why he couldn't make his personal space as Site Homepage in his account” - so you should pick up an Individual Spaces.
What’s wrong?

OK I finally figured it out.
I have an Active Directory which holds all users and passwords except my SysAdmin account.
Users from Active Directory seems not be able to set their personal space as Site Homepage, while local users can do it without any problem.
I don't quite understand why this gap exists.
