Email notifications of changes or comments are not received

Hi.

Recently (a little over a week) I stopped receiving notifications of changes on the project pages. It used to help me quickly track new changes and comments. All changes were highlighted in the letter. It was very convenient, as the notification to the mail was accompanied by a sound, which made it possible to respond promptly. Now I only get daily digests. There is also a notification in the application on the phone. But I work on a computer. How to make everything as before: change - notification by mail?

In the settings for receiving notifications, I checked all the checkboxes, but it did not help

Have you checked your Email Settings to confirm that this is not checked?

I am subscribed to the daily digest, I have all the checkboxes. The digest comes every morning. But I need to be able to instantly receive a notification that there have been some changes in the documents, as it always was until recently. It works fine in Jira, it worked in Confluence too.

Did you notice that option specifically says to uncheck the box if you want to receive immediate notification for each change as it is made?

You need to uncheck that box. While it is checked you will receive one daily digest rather than notifications for each change.
