How to send email to tagged unique users in transformed table?

I have a JIRA issue table that I have merged with a custom lookup table that has stakeholders of each project using table transform. I want to now trigger emails periodically to all tagged users (unique) in the transformed table with the page link that they need to review. I'm new here and any help will be highly appreciated.

The Table Transformer macro belongs to the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app that is our add-on.

Unfortunately, we don't have any functionality to trigger emails. Let's wait for answers from other vendors.

Is it achievable using the JavaScript macro ? Any piece of code that should do the trick ?

Really not sure about the automatic emails, sorry but can't be of any help here.
