Inserting Placeholder Text into a Confluence Template

Hello,

I am able to /insert placeholder text and can type my instructions into the "Add Placeholder Text" box that shows up on the screen but as soon as I click out it is gone like I never did anything.  Any ideas what could cause this?

I found my answer on another string.

What was causing the problem?

When I was done typing, I was right-clicking on it, clicking out of it, or tabbing out.  The other string mentioned that you must hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard.  As so as I did that it worked.
