Resetting Confluence Site with new Billing Page

Hello,

I Want to Reset my Confluence Site, but the only description on how to do it is Old and does not apply to the new billing Page.

 

 

I can´t klick on DELETE, but only "Cancle Subscription"

Is it Possible to reset the site instantly without waiting for the next billing date?

Do you want to reset the content of your Confluence instance and get a fresh new one or to delete it to suppress the product ?

Ok,

On this site I have other products running in addition to Confluence. Did you try to Add Jira before intending to delete your Confluence product ?

Then here what I did to delete my Confluence (I follow the Atlassian procedure) :  

  1. go to Billing > Manage on the product you want to reset.  

  2. Look for the product you want to reset (Confluence in your case), select the 3 dot icon … in the product card, and then select Delete.  

  3. Enter the word DELETE into the field and select a reason for deletion. 

  4. Click on Delete button.

Then after this deletion, on the same page I click on "Add a new Atlassian product" link on the top of the page. I think you need to wait a couple of hours before recreating the Confluence instance, I still get my old content on it (I recreated it 30 minutes after the deletion)

I will redo a deletion and wait for end of the lunch break to recreate it, to see if my old content is still there, and I let you know.

Hey,

 

The Button DELETE is not available anymore. you can only click on cancle subscription. that is my Problem.

When I click on Cancle Subscription it will plan to Cancle it on the next billing date, which is in nearly a month.

I tried doing it like discriped and added an Jira trial, but other than that no

After waiting 3 hours, when I recreate the Confluence instance, my old spaces are still there.
Clearly I don't know how to totally reset your instance. You may need to ask the Atlassian Support to perform this action.
