I've exported a Space from one instance of Confluence and tried to import into another. I keep getting an error message.
Prior to importing this space, I have imported 3 others successfully so I don't know what is going on! As far as I can tell, there are no existing Spaces with the same Space Key (although I'm not sure how I would check that properly!)
Any ideas? The 'raising a bug report' link takes you to a page that doesn't exist!
Were you able to open a support ticket?
If you need any help with that, I can create one on your behalf, as we may need to access your site and analyze the backup/export file and other logs necessary.
Just wanted to confirm first, as I couldn't see any support tickets created under the account used to create the question here on the community.

Sorry Jessica - I've been out of the office! This is all sorted now. No idea what the problem was but one of the Atlassian team was able to export and import for me.

I've managed to find another way of contacting them. It just seems to be this one particular space.
