I'm looking for advice on how to best set up reporting for data within my Confluence Cloud instance, specifically for information entered in Scaffolding Forms & Templates. An example use case is that we want to run a report to see how many of our clients were sourced through different channels (e.g., referral, marketing, etc.). That information exists on each client's summary page - entered by employees in a Scaffolding form. Is this something I need another 3P app to make happen? From what I can tell, there's nothing native within either Confluence or Scaffolding that will meet my requirements.
You’re correct — out of the box, neither Confluence Cloud nor the Scaffolding app has strong, native reporting capabilities for aggregating field data across multiple pages.
I suggest trying an Atlassian Marketplace app, such as Reporting for Confluence (by the same vendor), which is designed to work seamlessly with Scaffolding Forms & Templates.
Hopefully, someone from the Community can help with other possible options that don't involve multiple apps.
