Hi,
when I export a Confluence page to Word, a footer is generated displaying "Fehler! Verwenden Sie die Registerkarte 'Start', um Heading 1 dem Text zuzuweisen, der hier angezeigt werden soll." meaning "Error! Use tab "start" in order to assign heading 1 to the text to be shown here"...?!
So, is it possible to define footers in Confluence?
And how may I cope with that error-message in order to be not shown in the word-document?
PS. It is a "normal" Confluence page with 4 subpages...
Welcome to the community and thanks for sharing.
To me this sounds like the Word style you're referencing from your footer does not exist in the document itself.
I assume the issue is more on the templating side of things, than within Confluence, as @Carla Ann Rowland mentioned: You can either change the style in your footer, or change the heading style, to match the references.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Nils
P.S. just for clarification, are you using the default MS Word export functionality of Confluence, or our Scroll Word Exporter app? Maybe the information in our docs help you to solve this issue.
The export template for word needs to be revised it is in the settings under look and feel template for the page.
