I thought everyone in Oracle had permissions to https://confluence.oraclecorp.com/confluence. I just added a new page to my personal space and tried to grant a few colleagues permissions and received a "No Matches Found" error. Two of the people are kim.levin@oracle.com and cathy.liang@oracle.com.

I'm collaborating with a global team and need a secure place to share resources. Any idea what's up?

Hello David,

Are the users able to login to your Confluence?

Do they belong to any group in Confluence? If yes then, does the group has can use permission in Confluence and space permission? To verify this:

  1. Global permissions - Navigate to Cog icon >> General configuration >> Gloabal permission
  2. Space Permissions- Select the space of the page you want to restrict, navigate to Space tools >> Permissions
  3. User view - This will show the groups that a user belongs to and check if the status is active or disabled. To check this, navigate to Cog icon >> User Management >> Show all Users then click on the user to view user details).

Regards,

Mahesh Krishna
