Can you add screen to the workflow that is for approver picker?

I was trying to make a double approval process in a workflow but wanted to add a second approval toward the end of the workflow with a double approval before it could then close out the issue. 

Is it valid to add a custom screen for approval to do this? I made a multiple picker for approval and add it to the approval transition. Is this able to work?

Sorry I am confused about your requirement.

by basics, you can always add a screen containing the approval custom field to a workflow transition and users would be able to select the value.

however, understanding why you want to do this would go a long way.

I have a request for a custom workflow with a double approval process and the only way I can figure this out is by adding a screen in each approval process with a custom approval field for each. This issue type is only being used by our Net Admins team and here is what it looks like
