Hi Atlassian Community,
I’m wondering if it’s possible to connect Atlassian AI Answers with Notion instead of Confluence. We’ve already built a comprehensive knowledge base on Notion and would prefer to keep it there.
Is there any way to integrate Notion with Atlassian AI Answers for this purpose? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
Thank,
Rojin
Hi @Rojin
Yes, it will soon be possible for Rovo to do that. In Team '24 Europe, they announced a new concept called BYOD, which stands for "Bring Your Own Data." With this, you will be able to provide additional data sources to Rovo to extend your Teamwork Graph, and then Rovo will process it and use it in their answers.
Currently, there is a proof of concept with Google Docs. You can achieve this by downloading Rovo's official Chrome extension. Here is the link:

Welcome to the community and I hope you find the help you need here. I will try and give the best answer I can and look to other community members to help.
At this time, I am not sure this is possible. It looks like that Atlassian intelligence is locked to Jira and Confluence. I will say that it might be possible to use Rovo to help grab data from another source like Notion but not sure at this time if there is a Rovo bot that can do that.
If you are using Atlassian Virtual Agent, you might be able to hard code the links into answers from intents. Pretty sure it will not be able to get data from another source.
I would say that many people have moved data from Notion to Confluence as Confluence deep connection to the Jira ecosystem is very well done.
Let me know if this helps. I have seen iPAAS system that can also help move data from one place to another.
