Hey all,
Just today it seems customers are not able to create a request on behalf of anyone else and cannot use user selection fields. I triple checked the global permissions and the project permissions AND the customer permissions. Based on what I have seen, nothing should be prohibiting them from seeing these selections. Nothing changed from yesterday to today other than the fact the can no longer use those fields. Any thoughts?
That feature is available to Agents only, i.e., only agents can create tickets on behalf customers.
