How can I hide activity under helpcenter portal, every transition and details gets displayed on the Portal even though there is approval heirarchy I want comments to be visible to few people from them not everyone in the request
Hi DPRB,
You can hide the transitions if you keep all the Workflow Statuses name the same. This can be configured under Project Settings > Request Types > find a request type and go to Workflow Statuses tab.
In the above example, all of my active statuses are Pending. When the ticket transitions among those statuses, no update would be sent in the portal.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
