Inactive Reporter

Any reason someone who is "reporting" issues shows as inactive? Is there a way to re-activate them?

Hi @Charlie Talbott 

For this you need Jira Admin Permission.

Then go to the setting cog---> User Management-->> Search for User name--->> The click on Edit--->> Make it Active.

Try to go to admin > user management > users and find Gregory then reactivate there.
