I just inserted a "Content request form" from the templates list using the new Forms feature in Jira Service Project.
Unfortunately I did a lot of work on updating the template and then I tried to save it and I couldn't. I keep getting this error message.
My Administrator also tried to save one of the forms and received the same error message.
Is this feature fully rolled out yet? If not when will it be available?
Thanks
Kristen
Hello @Kristen Bowen,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The issue that you are facing when saving a form is related to the Email and/or URL field.
In order to save the form, please, remove the Email/URL field and then add it again.
This issue was reported as a bug and the fix is already in progress:

Yes, it's related to the new Forms that are now part of Jira.
The bug I mentioned doesn't affect the former Proforma (add-on).
Kind regards,
Angélica

@Angélica Luz - Thank you so much for this. I was a little confused at first as I removed the Email field and it still didn't save but then I read one of the other comments (in the link you sent for the other ticket already raised) and it also mentioned that there may be a field further down that contains a URL and I found and removed it and then the form saved.
Looking forward to this bug being fixed. The form add-on is a great new feature and one we'll be using a lot.
Regards
Kristen
