Hi @Daniel Tveriya , there isn't a means of configuring JSM such that this would occur. Have you considered bulk forwarding to your JSM email handler? I have not personally attempted this, but it should work. You might simply try to forward a single email first.

What I mean is to forward your emails to the email address you have configured for your JSM project. This can be found under Project settings > Email requests.

I want to open for financial team a jsm project.
They workflow today is receiving email to shared mailbox, move the specific vendor to another folder and handle the emaill.
I want to connect the shared mailbox to the JSM project and open tickets for all unread emails
