Activity Stream Not Showing 180 days of Activity

Today is January 9th 2024. and as I go back through my activity stream, it Stops me at November 14, 2023 with the message "Activity Streams is limited to displaying up to 180 days of Jira issue activity."

That is nowhere near the 180 day limit.  Why is it cutting me off after less than 2 months?

I got the same error as you did. Also, I see that this was adressed as well in: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Cloud-Admins-discussions/Activity-Stream-limited-to-180-days-of-activity/m-p/2508561#M8954.

I'd ask Atlassian about this.
