Adding labels to Jira Ticket generated by confluence form

I am trying to get an existing working confi form to generate labels on the jira ticket that is generated. In this case i want it to generate "BasePlus" as the label. The example is below :

However I keep getting the below error :

Usually such errors mean that you dont have a specific field you are attempting to set on Jira create issue screen.

Could you verify that you can set the labels field when you create a Jira issue in CVMWKTL project?
