Create massive projects on Jira Server

Hi,
I have a Jira Core version 8.13.2 and Jira Service Desk 4.13.2 and I need to create many projects for differents clients on Jira and with this associate schemes (issueTypeScheme, worckflowScheme, fieldConfigurationScheme, issueTypeScreenScheme, etc. This schemes was created on Jira)

Could you explain me what is the better form to do this, please?

If all projects use same workflows and screens , issue types.

First create a main project with desired configuration.

later create other projects with shared configuration.
