Expired licence and minor version update

I'd like to know if I can use my expired license with a minor update ?

Say I my license expired on 2012-01-30, version 1.0.12 was released on 2012-01-29 and version 1.0.13 on 2012-01-31 : is my license valid with 1.0.13 ?

Hi,

I don't think so. If you don't have a maintenance renewal, you can't upgrade your Jira instance after expiring of your license.

But maybe it is better to contact Atlassian: http://www.atlassian.com/company/contact
