Formating email notifications

Hello, 

we get notifications about updated issues in Jira. But in the email notification, it is unclear if the worked item was a task or a sub-task. 
Is there any place in Jira Cloud to modify the email notification template for showing more information?

Hi Christoph,

No, it is not possible to modify the built-in notifications that come from Jira Cloud. However you can create your own notifications to be emailed using an Automation rule.
