Having the "Git Create & Checkout a New Branch" open interferes with "Copy link" for issue

I am reporting a bug, I don't know where else to report it. When the "Git Create & Checkout a New Branch" popup interface is active, it will prevent the correct text from copying when clicking "Copy link" button at the top of an issue.
