How can I get an access to Jira for my respective team member ?

Welcome to the community!

I'd say this depends on a lot of things, amongst them: 

- what type of access you need your team member to have

- what type of project you want the team member to have access to (jira, jira service management) 

- if your site is using an integration to an external identity provider (f ex sync to AD)

- your companies policy and procedures around granting access to applications

A first point of call go to Project settings > People on the project you wish your team member should work on. Are you allowed to find and add your team member to a project role there? 

Secondly contact your Jira admin
