Currently, when I put a comment under a ticket, if someone answers, I don't get any email notification (even if they mention @me).
I am therefore unaware that I got an answer.
I checked my notification parameters and everything's on:
Is there another action I should do to get notified ?

Are you getting other notifications from Jira at all?
I would go ahead and create a support ticket with Atlassian then.
