How to grant access only to specific issues/tickets

Hi!

I want to create a project/board where one can only see tickets/issues where one is creator and/or assignee.

Additionaly department leaders should see all issues from persons who work in his department.

Is this possible?

You should be able to accomplish this by setting an issue-level security scheme. More info here:
