How to see hosting type (monthly vs. annual) of a cloud evaluation licenses for customers addons?

Maybe I am missing something, but is there any easy way to see the hosting type of a cloud evaluation licenses of customers addons?

The simplest solution is to view exported reports of transactions. 

I agree the interface of licenses and transactions reports for vendors is not comfortable. Because it is difficult to monitor this information and we should click on every row. Will be nice to have the ability to filter customers for hosting type.

Yes, but that works only for paid licenses.

Any ideas how to do that for evaluation ones (i.e. without any transactions in place)?
