I used to export some filters results with the export feature Excel CS (all fields).
But since a few days, I can still use the exports function and the export is successful but nothing appears in my downloads. Do you know why or how to solve it ?

No, I haven't received any email.
I just have had the pop-up message appearing on the lower left page of my screen with the mention 'The export has been successfully donloaded' or something like that but I don't have any download file.

@Christine de Thibault I suggest you try this in another browser or you try this on another computer.
It seems that for some reason the download does not start automatically. If Atlassian has not changed anything, then the culprit can be your browser. The two tests I suggest help to troubleshoot and find the root cause.
If it doesn't work, I also suggest trying the Better Excel Exporter app. It uses an alternative download approach, so it should probably work even on the broken browser.
