I'm unable to access my page on some specific accounts

Welcome. Haven't notice issue on my Jira. Perhaps try to access via a different browser or have colleague who has access to the instance to try logging in. Just to narrow down where the problem is or how wide spread the problem is for your cloud instance. 

You want to check your develop tool in your browser to look for any errors that may give a clue what you encountering.
