I use Jira Cloud, and would like to turn off the side bar greenhopper-agile-issue-web-panel

I've seen the article about turning off the greenhopper-agile-issue-web-panel

But as a user/customer of Jira Cloud, I don't appear to have access to it.

Is there some sort of service request I can make to give me access to the permission to turn this off. 

I have added my jir administrator user to the project role: atlassian-addons-project-access (and all other roles)

and still I get this: Module cannot be modified. 

Thanks for any help, we all hate this side-bar panel!
