Need specific instructions on how to install a signed cert on JIRA.

What do you mean by "install a signed cert"?

Do you want to...

provide the JIRA application through SSL
- i'd recommend you front JIRA with nginx or httpd and let them terminate SSL
enable JIRA to connect to SSL-Services
