JIRA Software Upgrade from 7.13 to 9.12

Would like to ask what are the main changes of updating JIRA version from 7.13 to 9.12?

What should I test in the UAT before the update?

you can have a look at Atlassian release notes here : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftware/jira-software-9-12-x-release-notes-1319575972.html

There is a section that lists all main changes since the last LTS, so that will give you the information you're looking for until version 9.4. 

Then, you can go on 9.4 release notes and do the same until 8.20.
