Logo upload destroys color scheme

I have uploaded a new Logo, JIRA changed the color scheme without asking. When I clicked on "Undo" right beside the message that was informing about this, it didn't undo instead I now have what I believe is the default color scheme for JIRA.

Thanks, Atlassian, now I have to invest an hour to get the color scheme back that I puzzled together with the PR department according to the corporate guidelines!

Yep that's a thing. Logo upload hecks up the color settings. :(
