Looking for advice since I failed ACP-620 yesterday

Hi everyone!

Hope you are all doing great.

I didn't pass the exam for ACP-620 yesterday and I'm looking for advice to achieve it. I got a little bit sad about it and thought about quitting but I am going to try a second time and do my very best. 

Could you please give me some tips, suggestions on how to study for it? 

Additionally if you can recommend practical courses where I get hands-on experience would be helpful.  Appreciate it!

The first thing I would say to you is "don't give up".  I think you're close and will pass the next time.

The good thing about the results email you got is you can focus on the topics where you need assistance.  It looks like you need heavy study on topics 3, 4, and 5.

For topic 3 (Managing Projects), definitely look at permissions and the ramifications if a permission isn't set correctly.  What would it look like?  The Free plan may not help you that much with that (role-based project permissions aren't allowed in the free plan), so you may need to set up for a Premium trial.

For topic 4 (Automation). look up how to work automation.

For topic 5, (Reporting) practice practice practice your JQL.
