Automatically set a custom field value based on transition

I have a custom field : Applicable Stream (Values - Hotfix,MSD,Backlog)

So based on transition "Start Hotfix" the value must change automatically to "Hotfix" for the field "Applicable Stream"

So based on transition "Start MSD" the value must change automatically to "MSD" for the field "Applicable Stream"
