Hello @Anuhya
I can recommend you to try Time in Status for Jira Cloud which can help you in a few clicks. With its Time in Status report and a "Total" column in it, you'll get the exact age of each issue.
Also, you can open a task and tap on the "Time in Status for Jira Cloud" to open the line that shows the issue age.
This add-on is developed by my team and is free for using up to 10 users. So let me know if you have any questions.
Hope it helps
Hi @Anuhya
this field is available as "Time since created" in JXL for Jira. You can add it to your issue table like any other field, and sort and filter by it.
This is how it looks in action:
(It's worth noting that JXL can do much more than that - from inline issue editing and creating, to quick sorting and filtering, to issue hierarchies and grouping, it's really a full-fledged table/spreadsheet view for your issues. More info at https://jxl.app. Disclaimer: I work on JXL :))
Hope this helps,
Hannes

Hi @Anuhya
You can try out our add-on to get this data
The add-on provides the time in each status for the entire lifecycle of the issue and you can filter by issue type as well. You can also combine your statuses to define your lead/cycle/resolution time and also extract the transitions history of the issues.
