Comments not showing until much later than posted

Not sure if this is a cache issue as others have mentioned.

The comment does not appear in Jira until after more comments have been placed on the ticket. For example, the vendor made a comment 7/25/23, and I did not see it until today when there were further comments on the issue.

I am not getting an email at the time the comment is made. I only see the comment later after another comment has been made by our vendor.

Hello, Comment is getting added through email or end user login manually to web interface and add the comment ?

 

In issue history, do you see the comment date as old date or new date ?
