Not sure if this is a cache issue as others have mentioned.
The comment does not appear in Jira until after more comments have been placed on the ticket. For example, the vendor made a comment 7/25/23, and I did not see it until today when there were further comments on the issue.
I am not getting an email at the time the comment is made. I only see the comment later after another comment has been made by our vendor.

In issue history, do you see the comment date as old date or new date ?
