How do I add the custom field Pre-Condition association with a Test

Hi

I can't find the custom field Pre-Condition association with a Test and I'm using the Jira cloud(xray cloud).

Is it possible for cloud user to add the field? Or I can add the custom field manually?

If I can add the field manually, what type of custom field is the field should be.

The Pre-Condition button should always be available on new projects, except if it was specifically removed for some reason. If you have any further questions please contact our Support so that we can accompany your situation with more detail.

thanks for your reply.

But the one that I can't find is the Xray custom field

"Pre-Condition association with a Test" for importing test cases

instead of the Pre-Condition button.

I tried the find it by following the steps you mentioned in this post:

It seems that the custom field "Pre-Condition association with a Test" wasn't

included when we installed the Xray(cloud).

Hi Letitia,

The link you provided is referring to Xray Server, Xray Cloud does not have that field available, but it has the Precondition with similar conditions, please read about it here.
