How to get status of both parent issue and linked issue in Excel CSV report?
When you say linked issue are you talking about
- Epics and child issues
- Issues and their sub-tasks
- Issues and other issues connected through generic Jira issue linking?

That functionality is not available natively using the built-in Advanced Issue Search and export to CSV functions.
You would need to investigate third party apps that would allow you to extend the search functionality.

if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may like JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows configuring custom issue hierarchies, either based on Jira's built-in parent/child relationships, or based on issue links. Once you've configured your JXL sheet, you can easily export it to Excel or CSV.
This is how it looks in action (in this example, based on the "is child of" issue link type):
(It's worth noting that JXL is much more than that - e.g. you can inline-edit and create issues, perform quick sorting and filtering, or group your issues by certain criteria. More info at https://jxl.app. Disclaimer: I work on JXL :))
Hope this helps,
Hannes

If you would be interested in an add-on to view your entire issue hierarchy based on issue links in a CSV format, you can try out our plugin
Agile Tools : Epic Tree & Time in Status
The app also provides sum up at each level for time estimates and story points.
