How to see TASKs and BUGs in product backlog?

Hi everyone,

Problem: 
We cannot see tasks and bugs in product backlog. However, in active sprint they show up normally. Only thing available is that sidebar, which is completely useless.

Goal:
See Tasks and Bugs normally in PBL, like any other work item type.

Tried:
Changing filters to explicitly mention all work item types.
Making quick filters to show the work items.
Changing hierarchy back and forth.

We use JIRA Cloud Premium, Company-managed project.
I am the admin.

Any help appreciated, we are at loss here.

Heyo! 

Make sure you check the boards columns. Should any issuetype you use have statuses which are unassigned to anything, the behaviour might be similar to what you describe (also, the board filter and subfilter needs checking, but you did that already).
