I have a new custom field and have an automation that sets it when any new tickets transition their status. However, I have old tickets that I would like to set based on the status transition date in history, but it does not seem like this field is available. Is there a way to derive or extract? For example, I have a custom field "start date" for when a ticket goes into the "in progress" state. For any tickets that transition to "in progress" the automation works. however, for old tickets that did not have it auto populate, how can I automatically populate it?
