I cannot log into JIRA

I installed JIRA and Crowd products on a CentOS. I have a backup ( entities.xml and activeobjects.xml). Actually I cannot log into JIRA. I receveid always a mesage whicj indicate that i cannot log in.

My question is the following:

Can I restore or import these 2 files without logging into JIRA ?

What error do you actually get and where?

If you are sure you really lost your admin credentials, a site import will not be able without logging in. Here are guides to recover your admin logins:
